I have heard of people’s hair transplant procedures referred to as mega sessions. What constitutes a mega session?
In the past, hair transplant procedures that included more than 2,000 grafts were considered mega sessions. Over the years, as the size of the procedures have increased on a fairly regular basis, now it is generally considered that a mega session would involve 3,000 to 3,500 grafts or more.
