Hi Jon, its so nice to hear from you. The procedure went so well and I am so greatful to you, Dr. Epstein, and your entire staff. I felt so completely comfortable and so welcomed by everyone. As far as my expectations, your office exceeded those by millions. I am so pleased at the results thus far I can only imagine weeks from now. I want to thank you all for everything you have done for me, you can not even see the tattos anymore and that is what I was looking for.

Thank you again!!!!
You guys are awesome!!!!!

Hello Dr. Epstein,

It's Robert M, last Thursday's eyebrow patient. What a fantastic procedure! The swelling and blood around the eyes are going down and there's relatively very little pain on the scalp. I was wondering when I could resume physical workouts like weight-lifting training. I don't want to do anything to jeopardize the procedure. You are a great physician and a fantastic guy. I am so pleased to have you as my doctor.

Sincerely,
R. M.

Hi,

I want to thank you so much for making this possible for me!!! I am sooo excited and happy, love it!! Cant wait for the new hair to start growing.

You are soo professional and nice, and your staff are great and sweet.

Thank you again
Elizabeth

lissette

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Thanks to you and your staff for everything. Despite the long travels and the first night post-op sleep, it was a fun experience in a weird kind of way, if that makes any sense.

Have a good weekend and say hi to the ladies for me. BTW, I had sushi at the Target Mall... was pretty good... thanks for the tip. Also, let me know if Suzy relayed my ideas I gave her about additions that might be helpful to the your website.

Lastly, I really appreciate everything, Dr. Epstein and although some might feel that doing this might be frivolous and vain, these people most likely have all of their hair. You really change people's lives and all I want now, is to fall into that category! I don't think this email fits into your long catalog of glowing testimonials, but trust me, when the results are in, in a few months time, you'll get one from me that will be worthy of Page 1!!!

Patient from Switzerland

Hey Dr. E!

Everything seems to be going wonderfully! The stitches have all disappeared and the transplanted hair is falling out as planned. I really kind of want to use a lint roller and try and get the last few hold outs off, but thats probably not a good idea. :) The redness up front is pretty much gone as well, and I have been using the rogaine daily per the post op instructions.

I've attached a couple photos from last night for your review. I have been taking a picture a day in three standard positions so I can put together a time lapse video over the course of the next 6 months to a year.

I have had to see a couple other doctors since for other things, and I mentioned to both that you performed the surgery. They not only knew who you were, but were excited to get to see your work. One even took photos of my hairline, amazed at how perfectly natural it looked. So far, money well spent!! I've gotten many positive responses from my coworkers as well. None of them knew that the technology and techniques had come this far, and commented that it was flawless. They are just as curious as I am to see it growing back in! :)

Saw you operated on my friend Jewel as well, hope that went well. She seemed rather pleased when I spoke to her today!

You are the first doctor I look forward to having to come back and see. Now I just have to find something to improve.... Hey Ed! How's that lower body lift quote? :) Not sure if there is anything wrong with my face, but I am open to suggestions. :)

Anyway, off to bed for me. Launched one new rocket today, and have a shuttle next week.

Thanks for checking in!
Calvin

PS - I have a really good review in the works that I should be finishing up this coming weekend. As soon as its done, I'll email it to both you and Ed.

Thank you Dr. Epstein, for giving me beauty again, your talent, your wisdom, and great hands are a blessing to all women who need it.

I look forward in seeing you again on the 17th, I was not sure I sent my e-mail correctly to you, so I sent another one to Dan for you.

Many Blessings,
Joy

Hey Dr. Epstein! It's Calvin. You just did my transplant today, and it is absolutely amazing! Anyone who is thinking about having Dr. Epstein perform any procedure for you, I can personally attest that you will not be disappointed! Without a doubt, him and his staff are the best I have ever worked with. Thanks again!

Hi Dr. Epstein,

Attached are photos of Day 6 following my procedure. Of course, we won't know for sure how my brows will turn out until after the new hairs grow in, but for now, I am pretty pleased!

I also wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for the caring, concern and undivided attention I received from your staff. Linda completed the job. Bless her! I will never forget her dedication and patience in getting the job done.

Carlos too, was a blessing. He stayed with me after hours, making sure I was okay and had everything I needed (medication, water, taxi), even walked me to the bathroom and waited to make sure I made it back to the operating room. I will never forget his kindness.

I would also like to commend Mercedes (Mercy) for attending to me during the injections. I am very pain-intolerant, but Mercy held my hand and distracted me with pleasant chatter so that I made it through the worst of it without much pain at all. God holds a special place for caretakers such as her.

Of course, I cannot end this without mentioning Roxy. Her warm smile and hug when I entered the office were enough to ease my fears about going through this procedure again. She is a real gem, as I'm sure you already know.

Although this is something I never want to have to repeat, I can honestly say that your kind and caring staff helped to lessen my anxiety and they deserve the utmost praise. Thank you all for helping me through this.

The following photos are completely un-retouched, no makeup except for some brow gel to hold the hairs in place. I pray that my brows will look as good once the news hairs grow in!

Hello Dr. Epstein and Roxy!

The new hairs have grown in and they look really really good. I'm so happy with the results. Everything is perfect. I would like to send you a picture, but at the moment I'm in a hurry to work out my schedule. I'm going to Haiti in April so I'm hoping to get in with you.

Thanks for your wonderful work. It's been such a blessing to have this done!

Danielle

Hello Ed,

I am feeling great, and my recovery has been quite smooth. I was nervous, however, when I saw the hairs coming out with the crusts, but I got out my handy dandy post-op instructions & read them over & over for reassurance that they will grow back, haha! :) A good bit of the hairs are still there, so I can see now kind of what it will look like in several months when they do grow back which is awesome. I could not be happier with the appearance because the shape suits my face perfectly. I still cannot believe how natural they look(already) and how amazing the shape of my eyebrows are. I am attaching a picture so you can see me one week post surgery. I will do the same several months from now so you can get the true "after" photo.

Now for the staff-I could not say enough how much I appreciated the comfort and ease they brought to the room, especially since I made the decision to have this surgery less than a week before having it. You have a great team of professionals who definitely made an impact in my life in a 5 hour span of time. Please thank all of them for me. And please thank the super famous Dr. Epstein for the amazing work he does (and did for me) to put smiles (and eyebrows) on people's faces!!! :) I couldn't have found a better doctor and team.

At this point, I don't think there is anything I need except maybe one additional reassuring message that these hairs will grow back. I know they will, but I just like to hear/read it one more time!

Thanks for everything. I will keep in touch!
Missy S

Dear Roxy,

I hope all is well with you. It is now about 6 months after my operation, and I am delighted with the results. The eyebrows grew back beautifully. And the nose, after some getting used to (primarily by myself), has claimed its natural place on my face like it has always been there in this form. At first I was very worried at how people would react to the new look, but it was interesting that only few people saw anything different, apart from thinking I was looking great. They just could not pin point what exactly had changed. I must say that now that I have the nose correction done, I realize that the somewhat unusal shape of my nose did bother me and I am happy that I had the operation.

I am contacting you because I would like to make an appointment with dr. Epstein during my next visit to Miami. I will be in town for my annual check up on February 22 and 23 and will be available to stop by in the afternoon of any of the two days. I hope it is not too short notice, but I just need a few minutes to show the results

I am looking forward to seeing you soon.

Regards,
Sheila

Hi Jon;

Thank you for checking in.. My procedure went well.. I am feeling pretty good and I will be coming in for suture removal on the 19th

Thanks again.. As usual, your staff and the professionalism and skills of Dr. Epstein are exceptional...

Rani:-)

Hello Ed,

Thank you for checking in with me. I am happy to report that my post procedure week has been complication- free! I've had absolutely no problems. The donor site is healing well; my husband and I have a very hard time even finding the site these days!! The recipient site is , I believe, "healed" - it is almost scab-free and of normal color -- the erythema has completely resolved !

Needless to say, I am very happy that I chose to come to the "Dr Epstein group" - from initial contact with you, Ed, to meeting the very classy and skillful Dr Epstein and all his "transplant goddesses" - my experience has been excellent!!

Now......the waiting begins.....can't wait to see the "finished product".........

I will be in touch with updates!

Thanks again for all your help. I enjoyed meeting you and "putting a face" with the emails.

Warmest regards,
Dr N.

Hey Jon,

POST Surgery - 1 wk update:

I am very well...& HAPPY with the outcome. YES, as you can see from these pictures 'actually' taken yesterday (1/27/10), things are looking great. Still have mild yellowish bruising under eyes but makeup does wonders for that...Pinkish in the brows but not noticeable UNLESS I mentioned I had the surgery. The funny part is, when we got home last Thursday, my parents & my in-laws never noticed...I didn't let family know until after the surgery. (Sometimes ignorance causes negativity)! They thought I was only going down there to 'talk' to Dr. Epstein, ha-ha.

Dr. Epstein, You and the rest of the STAFF are truly amazing, caring and talented people. I noticed everyone was so together there and as time went on during my surgery, I felt more and more comfortable. (Enjoyed staff singing 'Ring of Fire' & 'Hotel California' in my ear**accent was great**. This by far has been THE BEST doctor's appointment I have ever had.

I was nervous ONLY bc of the following: Researched thru internet & booked it over the phone back in November, flew in the day of surgery all the way from Jacksonville(hahah) & finally met Dr. Epstein. First time for everything RIGHT!!! What made the decision EASY for me was this: When researching internet websites, Dr. Epstein's stood out from everyone. I loved the fact the pictures could be magnified for close-ups so You felt like YOU were actually looking at the person and NOT viewing it long-distance. Dr. Epstein's visual talent for viewing your facial structure and knowing what looks BEST for YOU is priceless! My personal experience was not uncomfortable or apprehensive. I was made to feel special...Not another number or surgery BUT as someone you truly wanted to help. Its not about the money either. I have time now for focusing MORE on what matters most: hubby, my kids and activities I had long avoided.

I will definitely keep taking pictures, journaling my experience & keeping in touch with you. I sincerely hope my progress and testimony could help someone else that feels the way I USED to feel. My heart is OVERJOYED right now bc I feel like I got my life back, silly as that sounds. I can get ready in no time flat!! I can go without makeup, as Dr. Epstein recommended a 'Southern girl' should do...I'm looking forward to the summer and continued progress....

Sincerely GRATEFUL,
Shannon S

I had my hair transplants done on January 8th, and I was just so amazed at how wonderful the experience was. I'm not saying needles to my scalp are a treat, but the kind and genuine care I received was absolutely outstanding.

I'm 25, and I've been losing my hair since I was 14. It was a secret I kept and concealed for over a decade, not even members of my family knew how bad my alopecia progressed. It's effected every area of my life.

Socially, men of my past will tell you that I have problems with intimacy and commitment. And I can't blame them for having that impression of me when I wouldn't even let them stroke my hair, shower with them, or go on vacation with them when I've been invited. The truth is, I would have LOVED to have done those things, but I couldn't because my secret would be revealed. So I have missed out on so many experiences and several potential long-term relationships as a result of my condition. It's left me rather lonely.

My hair loss has even effected my professional life. I was accepted and should have started medical school last year, but I didn't. I knew I couldn't proceed with this next huge step in my life without facing this skeleton in my closet. The last thing I wanted to worry about as a medical student is if my classmates, patients, teachers, or boyfriends can tell that I'm balding. I could have been in my second semester of medical school at this point, but I knew I needed to see Dr. Epstein first. As I told Dr. Epstein, I re-applied for the entering class of 2010, and I got accepted to Howard University, a well-respected medical school. I'm excited to start in the Fall, but quite honestly, I'm even more excited that I'll be 6 months post-op by that time!

I know this is something you all do everyday, but for me January 8th changed my life. Nothing will ever the be same, and I am so glad for that. Because of Dr. Epstein and his wonderful staff, I have been saved from a life of loneliness, secrets, and insecurities... and I can't even begin to explain how free I now feel. It's hard for me to write this without crying my eyes out, but I'm so glad to say that they are tears of happiness.

Thank you improving my life and giving me new opportunities. Dr. Epstein has literally been the answer to my prayers. I'll be sure to send photos and keep in touch....

With all the sincerity I have, thank you.

Warmly,
Jackie A

I do want to thank you and Dr. Epstein for all your help.

My only experience with Doctors before this was GPs, and I must say this was the most unstressful, convenient, and ethical experience I have ever had at a Dr's office. I can honestly say this is the only time I have ever felt that a Dr. was looking out for my best interest.

I will be recommending you guys to anyone I know that is looking for a plastic surgeon.

Yubi

Hello, and happy New Year!

I want to let you know how very satisfied I am with the transplanation procedure Dr. Epstein did for me. Even though my procedure was four years ago (with a follow up procedure in early 2008), I am utterly amazed EVERY DAY at how beautifully and completely my eyebrows were restored. I am relieved that I no longer think about my brows (except to trim them and admire them!). There is nothing "transplanted" looking about them; they are completely "me," and they are even better than the brows I was born with, before I over-tweezed them. I wear absolutely no makeup on my brows, because now they are JUST PERFECT.

There is no question that I was helped by the very finest specialist in the field; I am so grateful that I met Dr. Epstein and his staff! When I feel the need for any other cosmetic procedure, I will consult Dr. Epstein.

Very best regards,
Kathleen

Things are great!

Dr. Epstein did incredible work for me and I am eternally grateful in more ways than I can ever be able to list! I was very depressed about my situation for many years, and now every time I look in the mirror I am happy! What a difference in my life overall, you have no idea. If I ever consider other proceedures in the future, I will consult with him first. I appreciate your checking in with me, and send my regards to Dr. E. Also if he ever needs a referral or if a prospective client wants to hear how great my experience has been, I am happy to share...

Happy New Year!
Kate

Dr. Epstein

everythings great!! the hairs were all grown in by early december which i was so surprised about. i thought it would take much longer. my eyebrows look amazing- i could not be happier with the work done.

thanks so much-
janna

Hi DJ,

I was the guy who had a bad experience with another Dr. the other time and you recommended Dr. Epstein. Well, l had my procedure last friday (12/4/09) at his NYC ofice. I came away feeling really good. He is indeed a great guy. I was very impress with him and his staff. They treated me like somebody. The nurses were very helpful even the following day when l went back to wash the hair, they were just great to say the least. I have had a terrible and emotional degrading exprience from my past Dr. in NJ who always like being in the media all time. The closing in the donor area is amazing. He remove the old scar and close it and it appears nothing ever happened there. My only regrets, is why l didn't go with Dr. Epstein from the beginning. if l had, l would have completely retore my hair by now. it would have only taking 2 session. l know is too early to be jumping up and saying what a wonder result? But l am very please with the entire process upto this momement.

Thank you DJ for savng me and leading me in the right direction. You could have ignore my e-mail 2 yrs ago, but God touch you to direct me. My life was so miserable l didn't think this life was a place for me anymore. I have attached the pix. before and after.

Thanks again DJ.
God will bless you for what you have done for me.

Hi Roxy and Dr. Epstein,

I just wanted to say thank you again. Everyone at the office is so great and makes the procedure go so smoothly. I appreciate the time and all the work that went into my procedure. Linda was great and I love the shape of the brows. I truly hope that this does it for me. It's nice to feel human again. Losing my eyebrows has been such a hard thing for me to go through but you guys all make it easier. Again thank you for everything and I'll send you guys some updated pictures after a while. If there is anything I can do to help you guys please let me know.

Thank you again for everything!!
Jen

Hi Doc,

Hey Doc, I just wanted to wish a you a very happy holiday season and Happy New Year. As you know, you are #1 with me. Thanks for everything you have done for me. I really appreciate it. It is so nice to have a great doctor and a great guy caring for you. I know that it is extremely important that you are a great doctor, but believe me, it is also important that you are a great guy. I wish nothing but the best for you and your family.

If I can help you in any way, let me know. I would be happy to help. You have a great staff. They are all so nice to me.

Best of luck to you. I am sure we will be in touch at some point. I feel very blessed to have you as my doctor. Thanks again!

Very truly yours,
Bruce B.

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I am back in New Jersey after my procedure last week and having a speedy recovery. I wanted to Thank You very much for your help you and your staff both in Miami and New York have given me.

Firstly, Karen and your other staff members who worked with me during my procedure in Miami made me feel so comfortable and were very friendly through out my entire procedure-please thank them so much for me! Secondly, I want to especially thank Maureen from New York for her helpfulness to assist me over the past several months answering all my questions and concerns that I had. She facilitated me in every step of the way and that means a lot to a patient with lots of questions and concerns.

So I thank her very much for her eagerness to always assist. And Finally, Dr. Epstein, I want to Thank You so much for helping me out.

This was a big decision for me and I would not have trusted anyone else. It's been a week since my procedure and I am very happy with the results so far and I'm anxiously waiting for time to go by. You did a flawless job and the results so far are incredible! I am very happy with the work you did and will always be grateful for that. Thanks once again, I will see you soon!!!

Take Care,
Rishi P

Hey Maureen,

I am doing good resting at the Hampton. Under all the medication and sleepy. Just got a chance to check my e-mail. The procedure went well and everyone at the office in Miami was so nice to me and made the procedure a success.

Dr. Epstein is truly a world class doctor and I am so happy that I made this decision to work with him...and all of this was only possible because our endless e-mail conversations to work out everything.

I am going back to the office tomorrow for antoher hair wash and laser. Do you all have the laser therapy there at the NY office as well? I fly Saturday morning for New Jersey. I have to write an official letter of thanks to you and Dr. Epstein...so when I feel a little better next week I will get back to you on that.

Thanks for asking how I am doing....that means a lot!!!!

Dear Dr. Epstein,

I wanted to Thank you & your staff. You were my last chance at fixing my eyebrows and the burns scars that I have lived with for two very long years.

I am so Thankful for what you have done for me!! Hopefully when the hairs grow back in I will be able to look in the mirror again and smile.

You & your staff are awesome, I was treated so good. Like you said, It's hard to please a Scorpio and You Have in every way!! Please take care and Happy Holidays,

I will send pictures in 3-4 months when the hairs grow in.

Thanks,
Angela B

Best George
Thankyou

Hi Roxy!

Thanks again for coming in to meet me. That was really sweet. I was pretty nervous that day as it was all too surreal. Your helped calm me down a bit:)

Things are going well. I am using Rogaine for women and otherwise, just waiting to see if I am going to grow some hair in the spring.... kinda anxious really!

Anyway, I hope you all had a great thanksgiving and enjoy the rest of the holiday season. Please pass on my thanks to everyone. You all are superb!

xo
Beth

Dr. Epstein:

Just wanted to thank you and your staff, specially Karen and Niurka, for a wonderful experience during my procedure today.

My anxiety prior to the procedure was overcome by the professionalism  and caring felt in your office.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Jaime N

Roxy,

Good to hear from you!!  Yes, I am always thinking of the best time to come and see you all again.  I am most probably coming in the spring with some girlfriends this time...more fun that way!!!

Anyway, it's all a work in progress scheduled around work and life in general.  Will call to set up a time in Florida and email some current pictures of my brows. The planted follicles have continued to grow and flourish...just needing some fine-tuning which we knew we would have to do.  Also, would like to transplant more along the hairline as before...esp the right side!!

I think of you all often, esp whenever I get compliments form people about my eyes...they all think I had some bleph. work  or something, they cannot figure it out!!  They are acquaintances so I just smile and say thank you!!

Will contact you later!!

Take care!!
Marie

Hi Dr. E!

The new hairs have grown in and they look amazing! I'm very, very pleased. See the pictures.

Your work is amazing!

Roxy,

That is so nice of you to check in. Everything is going well and I am extremely pleased with the results of the procedure. Please tell Dr. Epstein I send my regards and I am sure I will be contacting you again when I age necessitates that I need another procedure.

Be well.
D. L. Z.

Hey Roxy,

Thanks for checking in! I LOVE the results - it's pretty amazing! Even when I did have eyebrow hair (before plucking), I NEVER had this perfect shape that I have now. Just for fun, I attached before and after photo from my personal album. The "after" shot shows them with some eyebrow pencil applied, but you get the idea!

Have a great weekend!
Julie

Hi Dr. E.,

I wanted to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of me last week. Everything is going as expected and I'm looking forward to a fabulous result. You mentioned that you could refer me to one of your colleagues in Palo Alto or Menlo Park to have my stitches removed and I'd very much appreciate that. Since I had my surgery last Wednesday, I should schedule the stitches removal for this coming Monday, August 31, right?

BTW, over the weekend I saw several episodes of Miami Social, including the season finale. The show itself is dreadful (and kinda boring), but you came out great! I hope that works out for you. Michael seems like a nice guy, too.

Thanks again for all your work on my behalf and for making this whole process easy and comfortable for me.

All the best,
B

Hi Roxy,

I can't believe it has been over a year. It actually felt like something was missing this past Spring when I didn't plan a trip to Miami, but I really didn't need to come - my brows grew in beautifully! I'm attaching a photo of me taken on my trip to Alaska last summer. It was great to be able to travel light and worry-free with my new brows.

Based on the email updates I've received, it seems that Dr Epstein has been keeping very busy. I think of you both often and will never be able to thank you enough for all that you've done for me. I hope both you and Dr. Epstein are doing well and I appreciate you touching base to check on how things turned out.

Thanks again,
Nancy

Hi Roxy,

I'm doing well. I hope you and Dr. Epstein have been doing well too. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I also wanted to thank you, Dr. Epstein and the rest of the staff for making it such a wonderful experience.

While my brows still have some bald spots they are a HUGE improvement from what they were and for that I am truly grateful!!

Thanks again for helping restore my brows and my confidence :) Please tell Dr. Epstein I said hello :)

Warm regards,
Nicole

P.S. I tried to attach some wedding pictures so I hope you are able to get them. We just had our 1st anniversary- can you believe it??

Hi Maureen !!

It's been exactly one week today and all went so well at Dr. Epstein's office !!! I am so excited about my new eyebrows and they did such a beautiful job...

I am so impressed with Dr.Epstein and his staff... Linda was unbelievable !!! They took such time and care with me and I am grateful and could not be happier... they strive for perfection !!!

I also went to the Boca office and they were kind enough to shampoo my hair the next two days after the procedure and I met Dr. Charles, who also I was impressed with and his concern... I will see Dr. Charles on Monday to have the sutures removed...

Thank you also for all your help with making this procedure happen !!

Regards,
Catherine

Dr. Epstein,

Thank you very much.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your following up on this. After all the research I'd done, I've remained confident that the decision to go through with this was right and that you were the right surgeon to do it, and I'd just told my Aunt yesterday that I was certain I'd hear back from you.

Thanks again for your help,
Brian

Hello Roxy,

Sorry I have not gotten your email and responded sooner, but it was in the spam box, anyways, I am interested in either botox or this new product, to be done on my forehead facial lines.

I would like to set up an appointment for Monday, Aug 3rd, if available, please if you can email this info, and I will call you to confirm.

Thank you and Dr. Epstein and Jon, great service you provide and highest level of communication skills in keeping your "clients" informed and willingness to extend a much well received welcoming.

Thanks,
M.D.

My Angel Roxy

It was wonderful to see you, Dr. E, Linda, and the rest of the staff as well. I am absolutely amazed at how terrific you look, girl! You keep it up!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the new procedure will greatly increase my regrowth factor. I am hoping that the new hairs don't fall out at all. That would be my miracle and dream come true I will continue to sing the praises of Dr. E. I firmly believe that some day I will wake up with the beautiful brows I have always dreamed of....for good. I have the phenomenal Dr. E and staff to thank for that, and there are no words to describe how grateful I am for all that you guys have done for me.

I love you, Roxy!! : ) Say hi to everyone for me. I'll be in touch and will send pics.

Anita

Hi,

I wanted to tell you all about my experience with facial hair transplants for eyebrows and beard. I am from the UK and saw Dr Epstiens website, Foundhair.com.

The website seemed very well put together and I was impressed with the before and after photos of the beard and eyebrow implants. I started to email Dr Epstein about the procedure. Unlike a lot of doctors Dr Epstien replys to all emails himself which I felt was a very big bonus. After giving the matter alot of thought I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I was quite nervous enitially about travelling to America and having the procedure but felt reassured by the professionalism of Dr Epstien and his staff.

The surgery went fine and the next day to be honest there was not really much pain. After about a week and a half the hairs started to fall out. I shaved the hairs with a beard trimmer to make it look less noticable I'd had any thing done. As I was told the hairs started to grow back after about 2 months.

I have to say initially I was skeptical as to weather this treatment would work or weather it would look a bit fake but I have to say that the result has been amazing. To this day people in England do not know i ve had anything done. Some people made comments about the fact that I had more facial hair but it looks so natural you would never guess it was a transplant. I use a beard trimmer on it and keep it quite short which I feel suits me best.

The eyebrows are also a success and with a bit of simple trimming and some eyebrow gel look really good. I cannot recommed Dr Epstien and his team enough. Since this operation I have used him for various other surgeries (like rhinoplasty and facial liposuction) and have been very happy with the results and the service provided. Even if you are feeling unsure about something having had the surgery the after care that is offered is second to none and Dr Epstien will continue to answer any questions you may have.

I would recommend him to anyone looking for this type of surgery and feel that his reputation for being the best in his field is truly justified.

Dear Jeffrey-

I hope all is well with you. I tried to call you but you were out of town. And I just always seem to be too busy to compose a letter. My eyebrows did turn out nice. I was nervous at first because they looked so weird in the first week & then I had no idea that there was even the possibility of additional healing time. Anyway they do look quite natural & they have given me more confidence to look someone in the eye without thinking they are staring at my eyebrows. Also it has saved me a lot of time trying to apply makeup that did not really look very natural. it is nice to know that I can come out of the water & not have to run & try to apply makeup (I do a lot of water sports & this was always one of my biggest worries).

Thank you again sincerely,
M.

You are not only a great surgeon but a truly cool man. It struck me one night watching you, Jerry, Bob… that you guys are truly the new vanguard in the profession. Ten years ago you guys and your techniques were relatively new. Now you set the bar for the profession.

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I hope all is well with you. I apologize for sending pictures of my eyebrow result so late. You did my eyebrows 7 months ago. This picture show eyebrows at month 5. I apologize for not having a better picture.

                CM-Borws
I also attached a picture of my new granddaughter. I would like you to know that I am so excited and happy with the results. I can not tell you how confident I feel. People notice a difference, but cannot put their finger on it. You are the best. Please tell everyone I said hello. Thanks again. CM

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Its coming up on my one year anniversary since my procedure and Im not wanted you recognize that by reaching out to you and thinking you for the beautiful work you did on my eyebrow, and to let you know that my life has improved so much because of your help. The procedure is a miracle, and every day I wake up and look in the mirror and remember that. I also remember how grateful I am that you could help me. You are an amazing doctor and artist. Your work is truly PRICELESS!

Thank you again so much
Sincerely
Kate Welsh

Hello Melissa,

I have not heard from you in a while.  I was wondering if Fox News was going to air my segment?  I also wanted to let you know that my eyebrows have finally grown in and the results are amazing.  They look wonderful.  I can forward you all some after pictures if you would like.

This whole experience has changed my life and the way that I view myself.  The self confidence that I have is unbelievable!  The results are unbelievable!  To go from hardly no eyebrows to having a full set is amazing!  I saw that my before pictures are on the website and to see those it is hard to believe that less than a year ago I looked like that.

Please let me know if the segment will air.  I would love to see it.   If Fox news in my area would like to do a post procedure interview I would be willing.

Dr. Epstein is an amazing physician and what he and his staff did for me can not be describe in words.  Roxy of course it would not have been possible without your support and attentiveness to my needs.  Dr. Epstein you and all your caring staff took exceptional care of me during this whole journey.  I think that not only the exceptional care that you and your staff provide but also the relationship that you strive to have with you patients is one of a kind!  I have and will continue to let everyone I meet know about the wonderful services you and your staff provide that sets you a part from any other physician, and being a nurse I know this.

Thank you all very much!!

Jody

Hi Dr. Epstein

You did an awesome job on my brows.  It's exactly what I wanted!  I hope the hairs grow in just like I see.

I'm really paranoid about losing any of the grafts, so I'm extra cautious.
They're pretty much secure, right, as long as you don't touch them.

Thanks for all of your time
Very happy about having done this

PS Everyone in your office was very sweet and professional.
PJ

Hi Roxy,

Good to hear from you. Things are well with me. My
eyebrows are starting to grow in....they are looking
fabulous.  I would be happy to be a reference for Dr.
Epstein.  You can give them my cell number
214-549-xxxx, not my last name.

Dear Dr. Epstein and Roxy,

You may recall that you performed an eyebrow transplant for my son, Andrew back in January of this year and i am happy to report that he is looking fantastic and is very happy with the outcome!  We look forward to our followup visit!

Larry

Hi Roxy,

I was at your Miami office last October for new brows. I was completely thrilled with them once they grew in this Spring. Please tell Dr. Epstein for me that they are beautiful and I feel so happy with them!

I was wondering if I could get a quote to fill in a few patches?
There are two places on each inside corner and one almost to the middle of my left brow (the right if you are facing me).

If not, they still look great, the picture doesn't show how nice they really look. It would just be quicker and easier to put on the make- up and be easier to go natural with the patches filled in. Thank you!

CP

Again it was so nice to finally meet you on Friday, everyone in the office, including yourself and Jeffrey are wonderful people.

I actually spoke with Jeffrey this evening, I thanked him for everything and while I'm still really swollen etc, I'm happy with my results so far, just hoping when they fall out they will come back in as good.

Again, Roxy, thank you so much to all of you, You guys are a great team and in the past I had not seen such a professionalism manner with the way that everything was handled and done, much credit to you all.  You guys definately put the rest to shame.   It's a great practice Jeffrey runs but then I do understand he is the best, I'm only regretting now that I didn't go to him from day one but what's done is done and can't be changed,  I'm going to be very positive about my future.
Have a wonderful day Roxy.

Nora

I just wanted to thank you both.  I hope you both know how much you have helped me.  It was very difficult growing up because I was so self conscious with the way I looked.  It's as if I lived a completely different life until I was 29.  This procedure was truely a blessing for me.  Please don't hesitate to have anyone contact me to discuss the procedure, I want people to know that if they feel embarassed or self conscious they don't have to anymore.  Dr. Epstein, I think what you are doing for your patients is wonderful.  Thank you so much.

I wish you both lots of happiness in the future. Oh and by the way, my eyebrows look so cool!  I'll send pictures in a few months.

Sharon

Super Eyebrow Surgeon: Dr. Epstein

Hi there,

I just wanted to bring everyone's attention to an amazing eyebrow reconstruction doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Epstein. I had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my left eyebrow 7 years ago. Removal of the tumor meant losing part of my eyebrow. Eyebrows may not be first on the radar when seeing someone, but when one is not there or partially missing, it's all you see. After years of being tired of "drawing in" my eyebrow with makeup, I decided to try to find the best. After many unsatisfying consultations with various doctors and plastic surgeons, I happened upon Dr. Epstein's website-- http://eyebrowtransplantation.com/ --completely devoted to eyebrow reconstruction.

All of my communications and dealings with Dr. Epstein's office/staff were pleasant, professional, and, indeed inspiring. This was exactly what I was looking for: a specialist, an eyebrow artist! After sending photos and having a phone consultation, I made the decision to fly to New York to have my eyebrow "fixed" by transplanting hairs from the back of my head.

I was amazed with the process from start the finish. His staff functions more like a family. They put you at ease. They communicate well. They care. They know what they're doing, and they work together with truly astonishing results. I had approximately 250 individual follicle grafts from the back of my head transplanted to my left eyebrow by Dr. Epstein at his New York facility. (He's established in Florida but also has a NY office.) I was given an ambien, a valium, and a local anesthetic. I went to sleep with his staff smiling at me, and I woke up a few hours later smiling at them--complete with a new eyebrow.

Even though the process isn't totally complete yet (the new hairs fall out and grow back, and I'm in a partial waiting period as some of the hairs start to grow back), I can't explain how happy I am. I've been able to leave the house without a stitch of makeup on and not feel like anyone will be looking at "what's wrong with my eyebrow." I feel free. I feel like myself again.

Dr. Epstein performs all forms of hair replacement, but I wanted to specifically focus on my experience having my brow fixed since that's such a specialized field. Feel free to post any questions you may have about my experience.
Thanks and good luck,

Char

Hello Dr. Epstein!!!

I've been thinking SO much about writing to your office (you and your staff were INCREDIBLE!!!) but I've just been insanely busy and haven't had a chance...  I'm so sorry - of course I would be more than happy to provide feedback in any way you like - my feedback is all extraordinarily positive - I can't tell you how THRILLED I am with my results.  If I had to rate how happy I am with the results, I would have to say a 12.5 on a scale of 0-10.

Anyway - please let me know if you have specific questions or a specific format in which you'd like to hear from me.

Best,
miyuki
A VERY happy patient :)

Hello, Dr. Epstein

This is Justin S, I had an eyebrow transplant performed by you back in april.  I wanted to tell you that the results are incredible! I did not think such a natural looking transplant was possible. I'm truly amazed.  That being said, i wanted to ask about another possible follow up procedure to fill in a couple of gaps that don't appear to be growing back.  I probably shouldn't even be this picky about it, except that now i know you have the talent to finish this off perfectly.  My guess would be about a total of 30-40 more hairs at the most, i can take and send pictures if you'd like.  I look forward to hearing back from you. Thanks again for everything!

-Justin

my testimonial of how great you are. please post this for future patients to read --

I am 20 years old, a junior in college, and since I was 2 ½ I had large scar that ran through my left eyebrow, which was quite noticeable. I had a scar revision done on the area a couple months back to make the scar smaller, but I was unhappy with the results and more self-conscious of the way I looked than before. A lot of my close friends and family members told me not to worry about this facial flaw, that every human being has at least one. That is true, but if there were a solution to such an uncomfortable feature, wouldn’t it be worth a try?

My answer was yes, and it came in the form of Dr. Epstein. After researching eyebrow scars I learned about his procedure which would transplant hair from the back of my head into my eyebrow to reconstruct it. Being very self-conscious of my scar, I decided to invest the time and money into having the procedure done. I firmly stand behind my choice as the BEST decision I have ever made. In less than 2 hours, I regained confidence I never had in myself. Its funny how sometimes the smallest things can affect you so greatly, especially if you’re young. I could have lived with my scar like actors Luke Perry, and comedian Dane Cook (Both of which have similar eyebrow scars), but I chose to have Dr. Epstein improve upon it. The choice I made was worth it a hundred times over. It has been a day since the procedure and I only have slight discomfort in the donor area where the hair was take from. I know that the newly transplanted hair will shed out of my eyebrow before it grows back, but if right now is any indicator of how my eyebrow will look in 2-3 months; I am going to be even happier.

For all those considering hair transplantation, be it to the eyebrow, the top of the head, your body, etc, make the right choice and chose Dr. Epstein as your surgeon. His entire staff is warm and friendly, and the entire procedure was smooth, quick, accurate, and painless. Dr. Epstein, you are truly an artist. Thank you for invigorating my life and restoring my confidence. I am now going to embrace my 20s and the rest of my life without this flaw, all thanks to you. You have given me my life back. God Bless you.

- Tom

Dear Dr. Epstein, Roxy and the staff,

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for providing such a FABULOUS TOP-NOTCH brow transplant surgery.  After the Valium and swelling went down, I was able to get a more accurate assessment of the implant when I looked into the lighted-up magnified mirror at home.  It revealed even more of your innate aesthetic and scientific capabilities.  Where art meets science: that's what makes a top-notch plastic surgeon.  But I knew this based on your overwhelmingly impressive background.  I contacted 5 other surgeons, even one in Beverly Hills of all places, and I knew that I'd chosen the right one.  The 6th time's a charm in this case.  I remember checking your site half a year ago, and there was some mention of how you played the violin for years.  I can't seem to find it on the site now.  That drew me in even more as it shows the natural dexterity of your fingers to enhance the implantation.  Didn't hurt that you're easy on the eyes, too, haha.  A true Renaissance man just like my favorite artist, Leonardo da Vinci.

The staff was incredible.  Everyone was very sweet and professional, and I felt very welcomed.  The implanters did an excellent job, having my hand held relaxed me quite a bit, etc, etc.  I stayed quiet for the most part so everyone could concentrate, but I do realize that because you've all had so much experience on this, you can all do it in your sleep;o).  I joked with Roxy about coming back and getting a hotel (er, hostel) on South Beach for everyone over Christmas break. Or was I joking;-)?  Maybe after I finish school and pay back Uncle Sam, haha.

The procedure was painless for the most part.  When I had my brows tattooed on, that was some real pain that only a sadist would enjoy;o)  I looked like Groucho Marx on crack for days and the end result wasn't that much better.  However, after the implantation, on the plane ride back, I looked like a Golden Retriever (the puffy eyes) but puppy dogs are much cuter than Groucho Marx so I'll take that any day.  A couple days later, it looked like I had pretty golden yellow eye shadow on and now I'm completely normal, relatively speaking;o).  I admit, I was a bit shocked at first and being in the wrong state of mind, I thought my brow shape was going to stay crescent-moon shaped and not the shape I was going for.  I just didn't realize they were that puffy and that was causing it.  I apologize for that.  I think the Florida sun fried my brain a bit (but no sunburn, at least!), oh, and hunger.

You have all exceeded my expectations (and mine were high!) for meticulously implanting each and every brow hair in the most natural angle that only Mother Nature could achieve.  The hairs blend in perfectly as if my own genetic code had designed them for my particular facial structure. The only way I can really tell which ones are mine is based on the fact that I have to use hairspray to keep the real ones in place.  And the ones that were obviously not there in the first place.  Mainly at the base and at the tail.  Most of my real hairs are slightly thinner but one can only tell under the microscope.  But of course, brow hairs and head hair are different from one another in terms of thickness.  Well, mine are, at least.

I noticed that on the right brow, you had designed for a few to be placed above my brow line.  Not only did that add more symmetry to my face, but it opened up my eye area, adding a lift after tweezing a slight amount under the right brow.  I won't need botox for a few years, jk;o).  The brow hairs along the "tails" were a bit short, but now they've already grown enough to lay flat and natural (ie, don't stick out at a crazy angle that some other doctors tend to do).

With the implanted hairs, they stay in the right direction and I WAKE UP with these brows in place (given that I've slept on my back, of course).  No, wait...I now wake up with a full set of nicely shaped REAL eyebrows for the first time in my life!  A somewhat good analogy for what this means to me would be like having gone through life without an upper lip. Like a part of the facial bone structure is missing. It makes one realize that eyebrows are just as important as the eyes, the lips or the mouth.  Otherwise, a person looks blank and expressionless and asymmetrical.  Not the most attractive sight.

What amazes me the most is that this surgery occurred only a few days ago, and I'm already ecstatic with the results.  Not only with the physical results but the PSYCHOLOGICAL results as well.  And that's what it really comes down to.  (Ok, now I'm crying, lol...which happened yesterday, too...after the Valium, puffiness and initial shock wore off, I was able to get in touch with my feelings).

What these brows have added to my life is BALANCE.  Not having that anxiety and insecurity when talking to someone under the bright sunlight and them wondering why my brows are blue or partially missing.  Not spending 15+/- minutes JUST on my brows alone to make them as natural looking as possible.  Achieving the natural look is so high-maintenance, what an oxymoron, hehe.  I commented to Roxy that this procedure would change my life.  It may sound a tad bit dramatic, especially to someone who was born with full brows and takes it for granted or a person void of an aesthetically sensitive eye (or is that vanity? no, no!).  But yes, this has and will be life-altering as I gain the CONFIDENCE to welcome new adventures into my life.

Here in Oregon, we love our rock climbing and camping and other very outdoorsy activities.  I was always too self-conscious to engage in anything that would cause my brows to come off and would spend most of my time indoors (bar scene gettin way too old).  The blue eyebrows took a psychological toll more than I had realized.  I'm already visualizing all the things that I want to take up like scuba diving, surfing, just being SPONTANEOUS and living a more adventurous, outdoorsy and active life.  Although I must admit, not doing those things have caused me to focus more on the academic aspect of my life so that's one good thing I got out of it.  Ah, and less wrinkles.  Seven years down, 4 more to go.  But why not both?  Now I can get my studying in and dash right out the door to go swimming and throw that insecurity and vanity out the window.  Just throw on my mascara and powder and go!  No more 20-60 min routine!  Now it's under 5 minutes, if that, to put on my "face" for class.  Wow, you've helped me with my time-management skills, too and that's very important to a goal-oriented person who wants to look nice at the same time but doesn't want to spend too much time working on it.  Semi-permanent lash extensions might be next, but that's it.  I already spoke with a Seattle doctor about permanent ones, and he said it was a bad idea.  He's also the one who recommended you and Limmer.

Anyways, this e-mail is a bit long and you are a busy doctor with a busy staff (which is a very good indication, esp for business:o), and I feel like I'm writing in my diary.  But this is a great way to get my point across as to how I have been feeling since the procedure.  Any balding customers walking into my future pharmacy asking about Propecia or Rogaine, I would surely recommend you and your staff.  I'll recommend any browless friends of mine suffering from tacky porn star-esque eyebrow makeup.  Not only do they get a hair transplant surgeon but also a shrink at the same time who doesn't need to hand out the Paxil to alieviate the anxiety of having no hair;o).

Heck, I will do it on your incredibly thorough website!  I authorize you to use my eyebrow pics as long as my face isn't shown.  From right below my brows to my hairline is fair game.  Because a picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to plastic surgery, I really would like to show everyone the incredible end results.  The pics REALLY won me over and that's what it boils down to.  And if you would like to publish my letter, you are more than welcome to as long as it's my initials S.P or maybe switched around to P.S.  You can censor it, too (ie, take paragraphs out).  I tend to be a bit tongue-in-cheek at times so if there's anything off-color, I understand.  Happens when you grow up with 3 older brothers;o)

I have a webcam, but I'm not sure if it would show the brows all too clearly.  But in a few months, when the masterpiece is complete, I'll send you a picture.  I was thinking about coming back to S.Beach for Christmas break, but it looks like we all agreed on ringing in the New Year in Vegas.  Will follow up on that.  Well, I'll be back eventually and I'd love for everyone to see them in person and appreciate their hard work and what it's done for me.  Once again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my happy heart!  And like I had said in the operating room, "the world recommends you."  I now personally know that it is true, and the only thing I regret is not having met you and the staff much much sooner...like when I was in middle school;o)

Sincerely,
S

P.S.  Take a short break and smell the flowers (the ones I sent to ring in the Autumn season which is what we Oregonians actually have...ahhh, I want to go back to beautiful, WARM Miami as I am in a sweatshirt right now).  The last implanter asked about the tattoo remover I'm using: it's called Tat Be Gone and the ratings indicate that it works very well.

Hi Dr. Epstein-

I wanted to thank you for your wonderful eyebrow transplant that you did for me on Tues. April 25th.  It was great meeting you and your wonderful staff.  Everyone was so kind to me and my father.  We got home safely on Wed. night.  I did not go to work on Thursday or Friday and I looked pretty presentable by Saturday to go out in public.  I just had a couple questions.  I regret having to bother you with questions but I have been worrying about a few things all weekend and it would make me feel better to get answers from you.  I can't afford to worry about things and lose more weight while I am wondering these things and waiting for regrowth.  I lost 10 pounds last year probably due to stress over my eyebrows-I know it must sound ridiculous to you that that would happen over a seemingly insignificant thing, but it has been significant to me.  I am so glad that I saw you on television on the Boston news station back in December 2005.  Thanks for giving me hope.  I feel as though a big weight has been lifted off of my shoulders now that I did this transplant.  But I am a worrier, and I have a few worries-so...I hope that you can take the remaining weight off of my shoulders by answering these -even though you are a busy man.

1) I have been very careful not to wash my eyebrows harshly.  Can I now go over them with a sponge or cloth?   I still have alot of crusting in some areas, so I imagine I have to get it off soon.  I did not want to ruin them...the paper you gave me says that I should rub gently at 5 days and I am past that point-so I think the answer is yes?

2)  Do I still have to be careful about washing my hair?-I have been careful about not washing the front too much so that the shampoo does not run over my eyebrows.

Thanks so much.  Thanks for your patience in reading this email from one of your worst and most hyper patients.

Thanks-
Beth

Dear Dr. Epstein and Roxy,

Congratulations on your success and coverage for Madeeha!

You may recall that you performed an eyebrow transplant for my son, Andrew back in January of this year and i am happy to report that he is looking fantastic and is very happy with the outcome!  We look forward to our followup visit!

Larry

I am back in New York and am feeling great so far... I love the way my eyebrows look and I believe this will change my life in ways that you might never understand. I just want you to know how grateful I am, and that i think you are a wonderful doctor and a fantastic artist. I am happy to attest this to anyone who is considering a procedure. Thank you is an understatement. My eyebrows look better than I ever hoped for. I was unsure what to expect and was a little scared but everything about this experience exceeded all I had ever hoped for.

My sincerest gratitude,

Kate

Dear Roxy and Dr Epstein,

I am just sending you both a message to say that i arrived safely back in the United Kingdom last Friday morning after a long flight.

Everybody thinks my implants look great and are very impressed with the quality of Dr Epstein's work. So far only one hair has fallen out but i have not actually washed my face yet as i am so scared that they will all fall out. My husband and i would just like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you for being kind and looking after me while i was in your wonderful country. I want to thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for making my dream come true and giving me my confidence back and making me like myself again.

I will keep you updated on the progress of my eyebrows(boy it feels very good to write that word eyebrows).

I would like you all to know that you all hold a very special place in my heart and i will never forget for as long as i live what you all did for me.You are all truly amazing and wonderful people and thankyou very very much for giving me back a life and a normal looking face.

Sincerely grateful forever to you all
Anne

Dr Epstein,

The hairs seem to all be in place still and everything looks fine to me. So do you think they'll be fine? The thing that worried me the most sleeping on my stomach and now that I'm home I'm just sleeping on the couch on my back so I don't have a chance of rolling over...

I also wanted to say that me and my father were very impressed with you and your staff in Miami. Everybody was extremely friendly and professional and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made to travel the 1000+ miles to your office. I will keep you posted on the results when they grow back in and will be sending pictures as well. Thank you so much for your help!

Derek

Dr Epstein,

I would like to thank you and your entire staff for doing such a wonderful job. It can be a little nerve racking doing something like this for the first time, but your staff was extremely professional and made me feel at home. My brow area seems to be healing just fine. The swelling has gone down drastically and bruises around the eyelid seem to be slowly disappearing as well. I can't even express how excited I am to have the procedure finished. I'm eagerly waiting for the new hairs to grow in and it's a very exiting process. It's silly to say that something so small as eyebrows can be life changing, but this couldn't be more accurate. I will keep you updated with pictures of my progression over the next few months.

Thanks again

My son Andrew had eyebrow work done in January of 2007 and it looks great.

Hello Roxy and Staff,

Just wanted to thank you and Dr. Epstein for all your expertise, great care, and artistry regarding my recent transplant procedure. My eyebrows look great and are healing nicely. Everyone is amazed at the symmetry and density of the brow lines.

The swelling has been minimal and the bruising almost non-existent. Graft and donor areas all look good, too.

Thanks in advance for any answers you might have regarding my recovery. Of course, I will send pictures regarding my progress.

Dr. Epstein, Roxy, Linda and staff are a class act!!

Hi Roxy,

Today is Day 6 of my recovery and I just wanted to let you know that--despite my incredibly LOW tolerance for pain--my eyebrows are GORGEOUS (scabby and all!)!!! I don't know think I've ever seen such perfect brows on anyone...and now they're MINE!!

So happy!!

You have such an AMAZING group of gals there! I am so thankful for everyone's kindness and great sense of humor! Dr. Epstein is such a talented man! He really does have a unique artistic ability and eye for detail. I'm so so so happy that I found him.

You are a doll! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and brave! I appreciate you, Roxy!

Julie

Dr Epstein,

My eyebrows have started miraculously to grow back, or, most likely, due to your great surgery, the right one especially has filled out considerably. I still have a gap in the left one, but I think this will hopefully also fill in with time.

Thanks and best regards
Anita

Dr. Jeff

This procedure accomplished exactly what I was after, and changed my life for the better. I love it, and think it's perfect.

I could tell you how much this has done for my self-confidence but then I imagine you knew that would happen. What a lucky guy you are to have such an impact on so many lives. Thanks again to you and your staff for the kindness and the extra effort they all made. I never once felt uncomfortable and for me that's saying a lot.

J

Dr Epstein

I just wanted to ask you to pass my sincere thanks on to all the girls at your surgery for how well they treated me before, during and after my procedure. It was something that I was nervous, anxious and slightly embarassed about embarking on but they put me totally at ease and made the experience as tolerable as possible.

Kind regards
Dan

Hi Jon,

I'm doing well. I really like my new eyebrow though I realize I'm still in a transition phase as some of the hairs will fall out and then regrow in a few months. I will be very happy if my new eyebrow looks like it does now. I still have some mild redness and crustiness where the new hairs were transplanted but that seems to get better each day. My wife who has been checking the scar says it looks like it is healing well. I want to thank you, Dr. Epstein and the whole staff for assisting me in this endeavor and for treating me so well at the office. I also want to add that the accommodations at the Hampton Inn were quite nice as were the people there and would recommend staying there to any of your future patients. Thanks again for everything and I will certainly keep you up to date with my progress.
